Brewed For Thought

If you’re reading this blog, you’ve got some beer geek in you. You sniff your glass, pick apart the flavors, and refer to how you’d like to “elevate beer” to an equal status as wine. Then there’s the other half of craft brewing. It’s silly, it laughs at puns and refuses to take itself so seriously. This is why I love Shmaltz Brewing. Ever since I was in college, He’Brew, The Chosen Beer, made me giggle.
