A quick description of my closet. Originally, it was an actual closet, pure and simple. I wasn’t sure about the temperature fluctuations and decided it needed to be moved to a new location. So I moved all of my beers to a coffee table I’ve had for years. It’s a large wooden cube essentially, with two doors that open to expose a rather large storage area. For now, this works well as I keep it in a cooler corner of the house and in the future, will insulate the walls so I can maintain a constant temperature better. Even without insulation, I’ve found the beers stay nice and cool, even on hot days.
